Mark Dolby began his service to the community of Fair Oaks in 2022 as the director representing Division 3. Mr. Dolby is an Information Technology Consultant that attended Oregon State University on a football scholarship. His dad was a professional football coach and Mark brings a coaching mentality to the FOWD; demanding accountability and respect for all. Mark lives near the Fair Oaks Village and routinely enjoys outdoor activities with his three boys along the American River.
