Billing and Due Dates

All Fair Oaks Water District customers are billed on a bimonthly basis. The billing schedule for your account depends on the billing zone you are in. You can find the billing zone for your account on your billing statement. All bills are due twenty (20) days after the bill date.

Rates & Fees

The District Board of Directors adopted the current schedule of fees and charges on November 17, 2025 through approval of the 2026 District Budget. Rates are applicable for all residential, commercial, institutional, and irrigation services within District boundaries.
