Water Agencies File Lawsuit to Protect Water Rates and Local Control
Dear valued Customer,
On April 10, 2024, Citrus Heights Water District and Fair Oaks Water District (FOWD) filed a joint lawsuit against their wholesale water provider, San Juan Water District.
Please see below for a copy of the FOWD Board approved press release and a copy of the lawsuit that was filed.
FOWD staff will maintain this page with current information regarding the lawsuit as it becomes available.
Fair Oaks Water District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
