We offer our customers several convenient options for easy bill payment.
Electronic Fund Withdrawal
Pre-arrange automatic withdrawal of funds from your bank account to pay your bill. Your payment will be electronically deducted from your bank account 7 days after the due date shown on the water statement. Fill out and send in the Fair Oaks Water District Electronic Funds Transfer Application to take advantage of this payment method.
We accept Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Call Customer Service at (916) 967-5723 to process the transaction by phone, or write your credit card number on the back side of your bill, sign it, and send it to us in the mail.
You may send your check by mail with your bill stub.
We are always happy to accept your payment in person at our office. The Fair Oaks Water District is located at 10326 Fair Oaks Boulevard, in Fair Oaks Village.
The Fair Oaks Water District is now accepting online payments. Online payments are processed through our banking partner—US Bank.
The online payment option will allow customers to make single payments or recurring payments using a credit/debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover) or checking/savings account.
All online credit card payments will be posted on your account by the end of the next business day if paid by midnight (12:00 a.m.).
All online checking/savings account payments will be posted on your account by the end of the next business day if paid by 6:00 p.m.

To avoid penalties, payments must be received by 4:30 P.M. on the due date indicated on the bill.
